• Cultural anthropologist Margaret Mead onces said....“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”  With over 200 families participating in our surveys and Zoom Community Forums, Luther Burbank is poised to make magic happen for our students. Thank you for joining in conversation with us to design learning experiences and support structures that will help all of our students and families thrive. Themes from our conversation included balance of screen time, more opportunities to interact with teachers and friends, keeping parents up to date on how their child is performing with assignments, ensuring that learning is rigorous, and support for families who need childcare and food insecurity.
