• The Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) is partnering with Luther Burbank Elementary School District to provide high-quality preschool programming. SCCOE Head Start!State Preschool provides preschool services, free of charge or at a low cost to eligible families who live in Santa Clara County. SCCOE Early Learning Services is committed to the delivery of comprehensive child development education, health and social services that enrich the lives of children and families that we serve in our community.
