Thank you for helping your children arrive at school on time each day. On-time attendance has increased compared with last year, and we are grateful for your efforts. Your partnership helps students start each day ready to learn.

We are pleased to introduce ParentSquare Plus to recognize positive attendance and connect families with support when challenges affect regular, on-time attendance.

Beginning in the coming days and throughout the school year, you may receive:

• Midmonth and end-of-month updates celebrating positive attendance and offering support.

• Early concern messages after two consecutive full-day absences or three consecutive tardies, inviting a conversation about how we can help.

• Monthly recognition messages for students with attendance of 97% or higher.

Please do not be alarmed if you receive a message. No response is required, but you are welcome to reply with a thank-you, share information, or ask for support. We understand that challenges arise, and we are here to help.

Each month, students with 97% attendance or higher will also be entered into a raffle for their parent or guardian to win a designated parking spot in the staff parking lot!
